At Feelin’Kind, each item is made to order. Because of this, products are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive defective in materials or decoration.
Eligibility for Returns

Defective items must be reported within 14 days of delivery to the shipping address on record.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

A high-resolution photo of the defect must be emailed to john@feelinkind.com before a return or refund is approved.

Limit: Up to 5 defective items per shipping address, per year.
Return Process

Our team will review your request and confirm approval via email.

Approved defective items must be shipped back with return shipping provided by Feelin’Kind.
Refunds

Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

Approved defective items may be replaced with a new item or refunded in full.
