Welcome to Feelin’Kind. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.feelinkind.com (the “Site”) and your purchase and use of products and services offered by Feelin’Kind, Inc. (“Feelin’Kind,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

However, colors and product appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device, printing process, manufacturing process, or other factors beyond our control.
We do not warrant that every product photograph, description, color, measurement, price, or other piece of information displayed on the Site will be completely accurate, current, or error-free.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information at any time without prior notice.
4. Prices and Availability
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, discounts, product availability, and product descriptions may change without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.
In the event of an obvious pricing, description, or other error, we reserve the right to cancel an affected order and provide a refund for amounts paid for the canceled item.

Submitting an order through our Site constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your order.

7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping methods, estimated delivery times, costs, and other fulfillment information are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy and during checkout where applicable.
Delivery dates are estimates unless specifically stated otherwise.
If circumstances prevent us from shipping an order within the promised timeframe, we will handle the delay, cancellation, and any required refund in accordance with applicable law.
Feelin’Kind is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, severe weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, customs delays, or incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer, except where otherwise required by law.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged merchandise, incorrect merchandise, and other related matters are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Please review that policy before making a purchase.
Nothing in these Terms or our Shipping & Returns Policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
